1. Interpretation and Definitions

The Company is primarily a telecalling CRM and sales engagement platform that helps small and medium businesses monitor their telecalling teams and improve efficiency.

  • Call and message log information like your phone number, calling-party number, receiving-party number, forwarding numbers, sender and recipient email address, time and date of calls and messages, duration of calls, routing information, and types and volumes of calls and messages – depending upon the service availed of to make and receive calls or send and receive messages, as the case may be. Usage Data collected automatically when using the Service.

c) Information Sharing for Other Legal Requirements

  • Business Transactions: If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Export your data:

  • You can export a copy of content in your account if you want to back it up or use it with a service outside of the Company.
  • The Company provides a tool for data export which can be accessed through your account settings.

Delete your data:

  • You can delete your data by canceling your account through the settings page. After you cancel your account, the data associated with it will be deleted as per our data retention policy.
  • The Company takes data deletion requests seriously and will ensure that all Personal Data is deleted as per our policy and compliance requirements.

7. Requirement for Availing Our Services

You may be required to provide Personal Data for using our Service. If you fail to provide the data that we require, we may not be able to provide the services that you request. This is because some of our services are dependent on certain pieces of Personal Data to function.
